What you can trade
Stocks (also called shares) are small pieces of ownership in a company. An ETF bundles many assets into one thing you can buy, a bit like buying a fruit box instead of one apple.
Crypto is a digital asset that trades on exchanges 24 hours a day. Forex means swapping one currency for another, like Australian dollars for US dollars.
Derivatives and CFDs are contracts that follow a price without you owning the real thing. They usually come with leverage.
